During my recent stay at Casa Esmeralda Hotel Boutique in Cali, I was astounded by the exquisite attention to detail and exceptional service provided. The air conditioning in my room was a welcome relief from the Cali heat, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The soundproofed rooms allowed me to enjoy peaceful nights of rest without any disturbances from outside. The complimentary toiletries provided were luxurious and of high quality, enhancing my overall stay. The central location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the vibrant culinary scene of Cali, with fantastic restaurants such as Kush Arepas Gourmet and Steak Carbon Parrilla Argentina just a short distance away. The friendly and accommodating staff, led by the owner Sebastian, went above and beyond to ensure I felt like a cherished guest throughout my visit.
